As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store the content of your API requests or responses.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

You may not disclose such information to third parties without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZHUAPI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR DATA LOSS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY MODEL OUTPUTS OR BEHAVIOR

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZhuAPI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content or data you submit through the Services

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
