Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using ZhuAPI's services ("Services"). This policy is designed to protect ZhuAPI, our users, and the broader community from harm, abuse, and illegal activities.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our Services for the following activities:

• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Conducting unauthorized access to computer systems or networks (hacking)

2.2 Harmful and Dangerous Content

• Generating, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Creating or sharing non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Producing content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide
• Generating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or physical harm to individuals or groups
• Creating or distributing content that depicts extreme violence or gore

2.3 Discrimination and Hate Speech

• Generating hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence against protected groups
• Creating content that supports extremist ideologies or hate groups

2.4 Misinformation and Deception

• Creating deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or defraud
• Generating disinformation, propaganda, or fake news at scale
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Impersonating individuals or organizations without authorization
• Generating phishing content or social engineering materials

2.5 Political Manipulation

• Automated generation of political content for astroturfing or manipulation
• Creating bot networks for social media manipulation
• Generating content to interfere with elections or democratic processes

2.6 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Distributing pirated content or circumvention tools
• Scraping or harvesting content in violation of terms of service

2.7 Privacy Violations

• Collecting or processing personal data without proper consent
• Doxxing or publishing private information about individuals
• Creating tools for unauthorized surveillance

3. Technical Restrictions

In addition to content restrictions, the following technical activities are prohibited:

3.1 API Abuse

• Attempting to reverse engineer our API or services
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Using the API to train competing machine learning models without authorization
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing API access without written permission
• Sharing API keys or allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Automating account creation to bypass limits or restrictions

3.2 Resource Abuse

• Using the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Engaging in activities that degrade service performance for other users
• Crawling, scraping, or spidering our website or API without authorization
• Probing or scanning our systems for vulnerabilities without permission

3.3 Network Abuse

• Using our Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Operating botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
• Hosting or distributing malicious software

4. High-Risk Use Cases

The following use cases require additional scrutiny and may be subject to restrictions:

Our Services should NOT be used for:

4.2 Legal and Financial Advice

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store the content of your API requests.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: Notification of violation with request to cease activity
• Rate Limiting: Temporary reduction of API access limits
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
• Termination: Permanent termination of account and API access
• Legal Action: Reporting to authorities and pursuit of legal remedies
